Great post.

Last I heard, Rare are splitting up and staffing up, so that means even more studios/projects within Rare.

No way do they not have a story RPG based Fable in the works. I expect it 2016 at the VERY latest.

343 is huge enough that they need to start a new franchise.

I don't think they will. Look at Bioware showed so much potential at being the flagship of a big company with Mass Effect 1, Jade Empire, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, all exclusively on Xbox.
But, MS let EA snatch'em right under their nose.

Rare has 3 teams from my understanding so if that helps with things :)

Yeah i would like to see 343i do a new ip as well.  Would be cool but i dont think itll happen any time soon.

You guys are lacking, I have an entire excel spreadsheet on this shit

I'm not entirely sure Rare do have 3 teams, not dedicated to making games anyhow. We'll see in the next few years I guess. I definitely know they have a team in Twycross and another further north.

It's funny being a short drive from Guildford, where Lionhead and a few other teams are, I should go poke around ;P

Do Microsoft not own the Ip for Jade Empire? Always thought they did :(, They could possibly come to some sort of deal for exclusivity with Bioware and EA and release it for their Japan Xbox One launch

They do own it. But like most of owned IPs, they don't know what to do with it.

I don't think they know how much people love some of the games they have.
