Yo_John117 you must be making a fortune off of your Drivatar on forza from me. You appear in a lot of my races and usually do pretty good.

I actually haven't been on Forza for like 2 weeks since I started playing that video game crack known as ACIV

Is ACIV as addicting as ACII?? I havent loved an Assassins Creed as much as that masterpiece.

Well youll have a lot when you get back on haha

And glad youre enjoying it xD

The Halo TV series will probably air around the release of the next game(maybe a bit before the game). Alan Wake show would be awesome though as I feel like it would have similarities/references to Twin Peaks.

I'm having as much fun with ACIV as I did with ACII (which I completed 100%). The story is pretty forgetable so far but the game has a very addicting quality to it.

@Jay: Yeah I think the most I've ever gotten was $9,000 from drivatar races so I'll have to see if that can be beaten lol.

Xbox Original TV Coming 2014

The first of Microsoft's Xbox original TV programming is expected to hit the Xbox 360 and Xbox One in early 2014, according to Xbox Entertainment Studios president and former CBS TV executive Nancy Tellem.

“We’re hoping we will be able to put something up in the first quarter, at minimum second quarter,” Tellem said at Variety’s Dealmakers Breakfast at the Four Seasons Hotel in Los Angeles.

Tellem also spoke about the challenges of explaining the Xbox's role in entertainment programming to Hollywood executives.

“We aren’t Netflix, we aren’t Amazon, we’re a different animal,” Tellem said. “We’re neither or we’re a little like them. It all depends. The lack of black and white and this is the template and this is what we’re following is very difficult. As we continue to do deals everyone’s going to get more comfortable.”

So far, Microsoft has announced a Halo-themed TV show directed by famous movie director Steven Spielberg and a Quantum Break TV show that ties into the game of the same name. Reportedly, there is also a show that focus on local street soccer players, called Every Street United, in the works as well.

Wow ....

MS are staffing up BIG time..

While one may argue on which next generation console has been more successful so far between PS4 and Xbox One, it’s pretty obvious that Microsoft considers the launch of its own machine a success, and considering the numbers it’s hard to blame them.

One of the best ways to gauge the success of a platform is to watch the flow of career opportunities offered to support said platform after its launch, and in that field Microsoft seems to be on a roll, especially in the past week.

During the last seven days Microsoft Game Studios offered 31 different positions across multiple teams (in a total of 50 jobs currently offered, most of which offered in the last 30 days) including Lionhead, 343 Industries, Turn 10, Rare and more. That’s a situation that has almost no precedents for the studios. Nine new opportunities have appeared just today, on a Sunday.

It’s also not too surprising, as when you have a platform that sells as fast as the Xbox One did at the beginning of the next current generation, you have to hurry and provide as many games as possible to keep that momentum going, and to do so you have to bolster the team. More bodies mean more man-hours put into the games, and ultimately faster releases.

We’ll have to wait and see what Microsoft Game Studios will be able to deliver in 2014, but they’re definitely grabbing all the manpower they can in order to surprise us.

I like to see MS get more into JRPGs (I know a lot of people here aren't the biggest fans of them).
If I would name a few.

Virgil (Darksiders??)
Mistwalker (JRPGs like LO...)
38 Studios (Amalur Reckoning)
Give them that MS paycheck and we'd see some fantastic stuff.

Damn, Nice, Don't 343 already have like 300+ Employees lol I don't see why they would need more than that just for one game unless the rumours off them making another IP is true or another Halo game while making Halo 5

Nice to see Rare staffing up aswell, Hopefully big games will come in the next few years from them

Yeah 343i is already like 300 but Microsoft seems to want things to things done in 2-3 years and with Rare, Lionhead, and 343i theyre all working on multiple projects at any given time.  Rare is working on 3 and Lionhead is working on 2.  343i who knows about them but they just finished up Halo Spartan Assault
