He should just say who it's from although it could be from a third party so he might not want to say it.

Microsoft's Nadella: Xbox isn't going anywhere
Microsoft's CEO Satya Nadella says he has no plans to sell off the company's Xbox business, despite longtime criticism from investors. Speaking at the Code Conference, taking place this week in Rancho Palos Verdes in California, Nadella said flat out that Xbox would be sticking around.
"I have no intent to do anything different with Xbox than we are doing today," Nadella told interviewers Kara Swisher and Walt Mossberg.
SOFTWARE IS 'THE MOST MALLEABLE RESOURCE'
The same goes for Microsoft's Bing business, Nadella said, adding that while some people might look at Bing only as a website, it deeply integrated with a number of things. It also accounts for approximately 30 percent of the search market, he said, and should therefore be compared to Apple's iPhone if you were to imagine it as a player in the smartphone market.
Nadella was named Microsoft's newest CEO in early February, replacing Steve Ballmer who held that post for 14 years. Already, he's pushed a markedly different agenda than his predecessor, saying the company was going mobile and cloud first instead of being a "devices and services" company. He continued on that thread at the Code conference, saying software was "the most malleable resource," and that sometimes hardware became an essential part of getting to that goal.
"It is the thing that is really going to power all the experiences on all the devices today and tomorrow," Nadella said. "In order to be in the hunt for those experiences, and get it right, you do need to from time to time build devices, so you don't leave anything to chance."
"YOU DON'T LEAVE ANYTHING TO CHANCE"
This is Nadella's first appearance at the Code conference series, which is a direct successor to to the D conferences put on byAll Things Digital. Other speakers on the docket over the next few days include Google co-founder Sergey Brin, Twitter CEO Dick Costolo, Nest co-founder and CEO Tony Fadell, Apple SVPs Eddy Cue and Craig Federighi, and Jimmy Iovine and Ian Rogers of Beats Music.
Along with discussing Xbox and Bing, Nadella also used his time on stage to unveil an early version of Skype Translator, an upcoming product that will translate voice calls on the fly. That will arrive as a beta for Windows 8 users later this year, though Microsoft hopes to eventually get it everywhere Skype is.

Lol Slade your article says 15 comments... above the entire thread, WTF!!
shikamaru317 said: Glad to hear that he isn't planning on axing the Xbox division anytime soon, lol On a side note, I had no idea that Bing was that popular, 30% market share isn't bad at all. Glad I'm not the only one that uses Bing. |
I use Bing... because Im forced to right now -_-
shikamaru317 said: So, The Division is now confirmed delayed apparently. Good news for Microsoft, it seems like they have a better 2014 lineup of exclusives. With any luck maybe Xbox One will be able to close the gap some later this year. Xbox One PS4 |
Neither of them are particularly epic lineups once you assume QB is delayed to 2015. Though I agree the Xbox's is stronger.
I didn't realise there is a Fable Beta?

Yeah, if Quantum Break gets delayed it won't be quite as big of an advantage (unless MS announces a new 2014 exclusive to replace it). Yeah, but we don't know if it'll be open or closed yet. Hopefully they'll tell us something at E3. |
Phil confirmed there would be another 2014 exclusive. Whether its digital or retail we'll find out at E3

That could just be Halo Collection and Forza Horizon 2 though since they're still unannounced officially. I hope there's another unannounced, non-rumored 2014 exclusive at E3 though. A major Japanese exclusive perhaps? |
That's true
So I quit Crackdown One after how repetitive it got. I was told that if I didn't like that game, then I would hate 2... man, was that user Wright ;)
I really enjoyed the premise of One. I liked storming the bosses and traversing the city. But that's about it. The gameplay, and non existent story felt shallow. Maybe if I had a friend it would have been better. But playing Crackdown 1 alone just wasn't fun. It was one of the few games I just stopped.
And then I played Crackdown 2... I have nothing good to say about this game. I played through the first part where I was trying to release this blue like photon cannon to the city. I quit after that and watched a review of the game. I was told that, that was the entire game. Doing that same thing... 9 times over. So glad I stopped there.
I feel there is potential in the series for 3 if they go back to their original roots. Make it less about collecting orbs and focus more on gameplay and add some, any kind of story into it. As of now, I'm not a Crackdown fan, and I apologize to those who I offended with this post. Again, this is my opinion, which probably holds no significance to you :(.
EditL Hopefully my non-broken Gears of War comes in the mail tomorrow, so i can play most likely, the last staple exclusive franchise on Xbox 360!
