No one's been banned for quote trees, so far (I think). 

All I've seen are wall post warnings.

Sunset has a coop mode, though whether it being tied in with the story is a different thing. All we know is it has both multiplayer and singleplayer. Just be happy with that news until we at least see some gameplay :P

I don't collect data until tomorrow (later today really) UK time. I don't monitor through the month, no point :P
