Diddy Kong Racing was a big thing in my house. I would love to play something similar on X1 but I'm sure MS knows it's not the same staff they have at Rare.

I dont think staff   is the issue.   I just thinkRare is focused on other projects now. Wouldve been cool but I was happy with Rare last gen.  Kameo and Viva Pinata turned out great so i dont have any complaints.

Dude, like I LOVE Mario Kart. I actually prefer it over the platforming games lol I'd love to see Xbox get it's own kart racer, those concepts show it could be awesome! Never played DKR but I hear great things about it.

For me its DKR > ModNation Racers > Mario Kart.  ModNation plays similar to DKR but the tracks weren't as varied as DKR.  Mario Kart is a blast but it isnt as skill based and really relies on luck more.  THeyre all great though.

Speaking of which, you can tell the KI INternal team from Rare had a lot to do with designing the characters for KI3. The concept art for Sabrewulf in my avatar is almost spot on with the Sabrewulf in KI3

You guys are right we need an xbox racer. Lets spam phil for a kart racer and ask him if we could see rare doing a kart racer but in previous years rare has hired lots of people that belong to racing genre I think they might be making a kart race.

I agree with that! It's random, if DKR is more skill based that's great, probably my only complaint with Mario Kart. Only makes me want the Rare Kart racer even more lol
