So, I'm one of those people that think the ps4 first party launch lineup is lacking. Then I thought about it more, and quite frankly there is a game covering most of the genres. Even if some of these seem a bit lackluster to me, there are tons of third party games too like watch dogs, bf4, and cod ghost to name a few. Realistically I won't be picking up more then 2-3 titles at launch anyways. Same goes for the xbox one buyers too with there 1st party games. The 3rd party titles make quite a nice lineup for all types of gamers. More first party titles will start hitting in early to mid 2014 anyways.So what do you think? Is the first party offerings pus 3rd good enough for launch lineups? Do you think they should offer a bigger amount right out the gate?

Actually it is more important for Nintendo to have first party games upon release.. not so much Sony and Microsoft.. still it would be interesting to see Halo 5 I guess.. compete with something like God of War right out of the gates.. just to see if it has any kind of impact.. but I think overall most fans will be happy with this..

Doesn't XB1 also have Kinect Sports & Killer Instinct at launch?

Anyway, I say 3 quality 1st party games are enough for launch.

oh true, just took a quick glimpse at the gamestop preorder page for both. Missed kinect sports, is killer just a dl title, didn't see it on the order page?

Kinect Sports is officially a launch game but I can't find much on KI's release. It is a full retail game but not sure if it's 2013 or not. I assumed it would be.
