Forums - Gaming - Steam summer sale: What have you bought?

Or on any other summer sale, like Amazon's for example.

So far I've got:

Civilization V: Brave New World

About 5 hours into my first playthrough with this on epic speed, and unlike G&K it's more of a late game changer so I'm not balls deep in it yet, but so far it's added a few nice little touches like trade routes and new civs/techs/wonders etc. I have no doubt that this'll add another 50 hours to my 300 hour count on Civ 5.

Deadlight

Civ (and tlou mp) are taking up all my gaming time so I haven't spent much time with this, only an hour or so. I think I might finally be finding the zombie theme a little oversaturated but luckily this focuses more on puzzles and platforming than combat, at least early on.

Rising Storm

I've been craving a good WW2 shooter for a while now, though I did regret buying it after I realised there was no single player content. Oh well, I'm still looking forward to playing it some day.

So like 70 US Dollars. For three games.

it's actually $50 for 2 games and 1 expansion pack

Not much since my PC is a bit older and I'm primary a console gamer

Hotline Miami for $2.50 (which I just beat, excellent game although I don't like the story much. Either way excellent game for a indie title. Loved almost every minute of it.)
Organ Trail: Director's Cut $1.50 (Can't say no to $1ish games. Great throwback, tough as nails to. I have yet to beat it.)
System Shock 2 $2.50 (Hasn't aged as well, but needed to own this classic).

Last year I just bought Torchlight 2 and The Witcher 1. So I guess I bought more this year. I'll be buying more titles if something good comes out for $3 or less.

It's just that simple.

Nothing yet, i might get something on the last day. I haven't really played the games i bought from the Christmas sales yet

Xbox Series, PS5 and Switch (+ Many Retro Consoles)
