Elsewhere on the internet, if you write an article priasing TLOU youre a mindless sheep following the trend, if you write a negative wiiu article, youre a mindless sheep following the trend.

Its all a matter of the viewers own perspective, or that of the perspective of the majority group on a site.

Well, I'm not tired of the VGC website. A lot of good information and other stuffs. But the Sony fans on this website are the most annoying.... They are effectively trolling every Xbox One topics without any exception...
Which do not really motivate me to post anything about it. It is okay to make fun or even post one or two troll replies sometime, happens everywhere and may actually be funny... But the level of absurdity and bashing in every Xbox One threads is just no fun at all.

Do you know why Sony has more fans? I mean seriously, do you really not get why?

I've said this before, N4G is for news and its not a proper forum. If you try there to try to have a meaningful discussion its like trying to start a serious relationship with a prostitute at the strip club.

It's also worth noting that as a Microsoft fan, you tend to notice the negativity more than you do the negativity. People have reasons for the negativity though. I think Microsoft/Xbox brand deserve it.

N4G has always been way over the top; that’s why I usually stick around here. But at the moment, there are more Sony fans pretty much everywhere now. I think that’s indicative of the staying power of the brand. That coupled with Xbox fans being overly sensitive about the lack of positive news have no one but MS to blame for that. A lot of people are just being whiny because it looks like MS is not going to be as dominant as they once were.

You know thats just your perspective being on the receiving end as a xbox fan right?, prior to the tilt in general preference you have, on multiple occasions been the xbox version of the playstation fans youre now moaning about?

Hum... Okay... What history of post did you look at? And what is exactly your point regarding the OP?
Even if it is a perspective from our end it is changing the facts lol... Right now this is how we perceive it and the issues the OP is raising are just valid...

The point is, the general tide of favor has changed and is heavilly weighted towards the playstation brand, people that have for a long time been comfortable with the idea that Microsofts console is more popular than Sonys are now finding themselves in a situation they havent had to deal with, in most cases, ever.

as such the perspective of xbox fans who became fans during the 360s reign is one of confusion, anger and distate, ignoring the fact that the actions and words of current playstation fans is in effect, simply a mirror image of what xbox fans were like when the playstation reign fell with the ps3, the only difference is your prefered console is no longer top dog.

its reflected across the intire internet, people abandoning forums, websites, blogs etc because "things have changed for the worse" in actual fact, all thats happened is the favored console manufacturer has shifted, and people cant accept/deal with it, playstation fans are fine with this change and probably love checking out n4g to see the other console fans getting torn a new one, in contrast.

But as with every major shift in power, in a years time we will all be back to the same old same old forums and websites, picking at every last detail we can to find positives/negatives, xbox fans will find their home on certain sites where other fans settled and playstation fans will find theirs, thats how the internet has always been, consider it the generation migration.
