Where does it say the X1 won't have these features?

I'm pretty sure he is talking about PS4 advantages over the PS3 and Xbox 360. He isn't specifying X1 won't have these features. This game doesn't even look next gen. It's a last gen port.

You did read the source article didn't you?  It never said that the PS4 version will be better than the XBone, it was in reference to the PS3/360.  Typical response from the majority of the posters here.  Don't bother with the facts, it's easier to read(or not read) that way.  I know this goes against all the common thoughts on this site, but none of this PS4>than XBone articles are based on fact.  They are based on opinions that are based on guesses that people just post on websites to get hits.

5th gen: lens flares
6th gen: motion blur
7th gen: god rays
8th gen: wind and waves

What's next.

The guy talked about all platforms and that is the "exclusive content" to the PS4 version... so no other version will have these features.

I'm surprised anyone is taking posters seriously when a someone posts something like "Take that x1" as if wind and water are something to brag about as key features... I doubt anyone actually cares if it is referencing ps4 vs x1 or ps4 vs ps360.... Doesn't really matter its friggin wind and water...

In context, more than likely the comparison was with the Xbox One because Ubisoft said something very similar with Watch Dogs as was mentioned in this article.
