Windows central did a preview video going through Windows 11 leak and how things work

And yes, you can set the task bar to the left pretty easily so if you don't like it centered, it doesn't have to be!

Overall, I like a lot of things about it. Visually, it looks way better than Windows 10 and the new animations look really good. Idk how to feel about the new start menu tho... I think this is the first desktop windows that might be tablet friendly without totally killing the desktop experience.

Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.

I'm not sold on that star menu, but at least I'll be able to put it where it belongs, the left.

We'll have to wait and see the inner changes that this one will bring and how they'll change the user experience and what we can or can not do with it.

I guess if it released back on the PS2 days it might not of sounded so cringe to a younger me xD.

Good thing is that you can make him look less shitty in the demo. Game still totally feels like a Nioh spinoff though, with recycled animations and all.

The demo is supposedly an alpha build so that could change. But yeah, the trailer did it no favours. The demo is actually quite fun and decent. The graphics and resolution are god awful though, especially the tutorial.. which was so low res it hurt my eyes hurt lol.

E3's best announcement was really this Fallout: London mod
https://www.pcgamer.com/uk/e3s-best-announcement-was-really-this-fallout-london-mod/
Fans of the post-apocalypse and Dick van Dyke: rejoice! If this had been an official game it would probably have dominated E3 coverage but nevertheless Fallout: London, a huge upcoming mod for Fallout 4, looks like the bees' knees sunshine.
Described by its creators as "a DLC-sized mod", Fallout London takes the series from its usual American wasteland to the big smoke of 2237. The trailer's opening, merrily flicking the Vs at copyright law, incorporates Vera Lynn's 'We'll Meet Again'—a song that, for the Brits, is synonymous with World War 2 and later was seen by some as emblematic of the nation's decline (for example in the work of Pink Floyd). Long-time fans of the Fallout series may also note that it's something of a callback to the Fallout 3 reveal, which was structured around pulling out from a bus.
Fallout: London's trailer details several different factions, shows off locations including Buckingham Palace and Big Ben, and is packed with cockney rhyming slang. The most intriguing faction are probably the daft buggers who dress up as crusade-era knights and swing swords at radiation monsters, which does seem like a very British approach to the post-apocalypse.

11 years overdue, UFO2: Extraterrestrials is finally out on Steam
https://www.pcgamer.com/uk/11-years-overdue-ufo2-extraterrestrials-is-finally-out-on-steam/
The year was 2010 when we wrote on Facebook that the sequel to the turn-based strategy game UFO: Extraterrestrials, which "came oh-so-close to reproducing the X-COM magic, falling short mostly due to what must've been a painfully small budget," was expected to be out by the end of the year. It missed that mark, badly, and was eventually bumped to early 2012. And then, nothing.
I think it's reasonable to say that once most games are overdue by a decade, there's a natural tendency to write them off, as Redditor Yonzy did. "I was looking forward to this game for months. The lack of updates made me think it was dead," they wrote in, uh, April 2012. In this case, though, it actually came to be: 11 years overdue, UFO2: Extraterrestrials is out today on Steam.

Next month, PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds is getting its first full-sized map in almost three years with the addition of a new arena, Taego.
Announced as the first of two new maps last month, Taego (formerly Project Tiger) is the first 8x8km map to be added to PUBG since Miramar, the very first map to be added to the game post-release. Since then, PUBG has added a fair few arenas, but they've been smaller—forcing players into more compact 4x4 and 6x6 battlegrounds.

Stalker 2 being a chonky boy does not suprise me since optimisation was never GSCs forte.
Still suprised we actually get a Stalker 2. I had buried that hope a long time ago and it still does not feel real.
So I need a new GPU by May 2022 since my 970 will not be enough.

Yeah, the development of Stalker 2 has been anything but smooth.

Hopefully, you'll be able to get the hardware you want for your next build, not the crumbs left behind by miners. But well, we'll have to see if it launches in May or if it slips again.

25% estimated sold directly to miners. Expected more, but thats nuts. And sorta explains why AiB's continue price the way they do. Talk about making it rain.
