Black Desert has launched:

Also watched Force Gaming's view on the game (recent guy I subbed to who seems cool).

The nice thing that makes me want to give it a try is it's cheap price for the standard game (around £23 after Euro conversion) and once I buy it I can play it without having to pay a sub. That said the game appears to be a bit grindy and doesn't really have dungeons, though I don't mind grind if it's good and has it's rewards (like recently in Dying Light for me) and I don't mind the lack of dungeons as long as I get good gear and have fun.

Might make a thread about it later on once I see more english YT vids covering more of the game, again if someone wants to make the thread by all means.

Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.

Though I can easily see some folk seeing this as pure MS hate or tin foil hat syndrome but in all honesty the writing is on the wall, clear as day.

^Yep, I saw that too.

MSoft should be careful with what they do, because the EU is always watching and they aren't affraid of suing them for insame amounts of money and forcing changes on their products.

I feel as though we're entering a period of what could be a "civil war" within the PC space with the way things are starting to unfold.

THIS WEEK'S BIG WARFRAME UPDATE IS A MIX OF MUMMIES AND EMOJI

http://www.pcgamer.com/this-weeks-big-warframe-update-is-a-mix-of-mummies-and-emoji/

A mummy is awakening in Warframe. There's no word on whether a dopey Brendan Fraser will be following it around (let's hope not), but for now look for the mummy-themed Inaros Warframe—which is pretty dang cool-looking—to appear tomorrow when Warframe gets its first big update of 2016: Sands of Inaros.

http://www.pcgamer.com/the-divisions-first-year-will-include-free-and-paid-expansions/

Ubisoft has shone a little more light on its plans for the post-launch content for its soon-to-be-released third-person MMO shooter hybrid The Division. The first step will be a free expansion in April that will bring “incursions” to the action and also enable loot trading, so players can swap around the stuff they pick up on co-op missions.

http://www.pcgamer.com/chivalry-devs-gets-magical-with-mirage-arcane-warfare/

Chivalry: Medieval Warfare developer Torn Banner Studios has announced that its next project is an online multiplayer combat game called Mirage: Arcane Warfare. The studio said it will feature “fast-paced combat gameplay and bloody weaponry,” which makes it sound an awful lot like its less-wizardly predecessor, but with a much more vibrant color scheme.

THIS STARDEW VALLEY PLANNING TOOL IS EXACTLY WHAT YOUR FARM NEEDS

http://www.pcgamer.com/this-stardew-valley-planning-tool-is-exactly-what-your-farm-needs/

There are only so many hours in a day when playing Stardew Valley, so wasting precious time thinking about where every seed should be planted and where each road should be paved isn't the best idea. What's more, it can take a very long time until you're ready to fill all that space, and short-term farming decisions could lead to long-term disarray (as our reviewer soon discovered).

PATH OF EXILE: ASCENDANCY ARRIVES TODAY

http://www.pcgamer.com/path-of-exile-ascendancy-arrives-today/

Path of Exile is the free-to-play action RPG that just won't stop giving. The release of Ascendancy today at 12pm PT (Path of Exile servers will go down at 9am PT) marks its fourth major expansion, and the patch notes would be capable of filling the sort of dusty, arcane tome you'd expect to find in the Lord's Labyrinth it introduces.

And that's it for today. More news next week!
