Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.

That's a good point. I should get a 14 TB hard drive to back up the 10 TB Seagate.

I have a 500GB Crucial SSD... And 4x 12 Terabyte Western Digital external drives.
Only games I am playing on PC these days are generally from Blizzard anyway... Just don't have the time to get invested in a big AAA story driven open world title these days... And I am okay with that.
Storage isn't an issue yet... But the SSD will be replaced next year with a 2-4TB variant, it's getting on in the years.

Captain_Yuri said: Samsung ftw. Ik there are better value SSDs out there but I also seen some horror stories with those ssds. I might get Western Digital SSDs in the future though as their reputation seems to be pretty good. I probably won't get a new SSD until I get a new motherboard and cpu though. |
Aye I do too, but upon doing prior research before going Samsung, I found some failure rates and well, coupled with the pricings I didn't feel was worth it at the time, so I went Samsung and never looked back really. I may do in the future, but those failure rates are going to have to come down before I try a lesser brand.
Next time I get an SSD will likely be the same way you'll get yours, via a new mobo, but I'm also wanting an M.2 drive as the main OS one.
