Is anybody else here a big fan of this show? I remember watching the debut episode when I was 4 and it blew my mind, to this day one of my favorite shows. The characterization was top notch, thanks to only about 10 total characters of each side. It also had a very deep story that tied in well with the original Transformers series. Overall its up there with Dragon Ball Z and Pokemon as my top 3 shows of my childhood.

Some of the best moments of the series are

-2 part pilot episode

-Code of Hero, where Dinobot sacrifices himself to defend the first humanoid colony

-any episode involving the Vok

If done right i would really like to see reboot or at least a video game based off the series.

Used to watch it a lot also. The graphics blew my mind when I first saw it.

They hold up pretty well considering its almost 20 years old. Did u like the successor Beast Machines? I hated that one

That episode of Dinobots death was heart breacking when i saw it as a kid.

Beast machines was okay. It's organic theme did go off the rails.

Stopped watching way before that. I lost track of it.

I hated Machines soooo much, the artstyle was shit, the plot contradicted so many things, the characters personalities were so off. Rattrap went from being the demolition expert that wasnt scared to fight Megatron or Dinobot one on one in Beast Wars, then all of a sudden hes a big pussy eithout weapons. Optimus became a hippy, the only good charactet transition was Cheetor how thry showed he had progressed from being a hot head kid to being a strong leader.

What I loved Beast machines on animax. I guess its because i grew up with this one instead :P

Yes! U have good taste good sir. I actually have them all on DVD. Bought them like 6 yrs ago tho and still haven't watched more than like 5 episodes:(

But the ones I did watch reminded me how good the show really was.

Yeah, Dinobot was great. It was one of the many series that wasn't aired entirely in Spain. We got to see only the first two seasons and some episodes of the third.

It's on Netflix. For those with Netflix. I thought it was pretty good for what it was.

Watching it now a days can be rought though.  Like watching a PS1 game.
