That is a lot of new games and I am sure we will learn more as Gamescon and TGS come and go but for now it will be fun to speculate on what is in development and where these titles are enough to overcome the exclusive franchises and new ips being brought to the XB1.
New IPS
Knack- we have seen the game some of even have played it, I personally think the game looks fun and reminds me of Jak and Daxter and Ratchet and Clank
The Order 1886- Sony's lastest big exclusive was announced at E3
DriveClub- it was reveled at the PS4 intro event and at e3, will Sony's newest racing sim hold up to the standards set by Gran Turismo?
Old IPS
KIllzone Shadow Fall- the game just flat out looks amazing and will be a day one purcase for me. The question is can Killzone become mainsteam enough to compete with Halo?
Infamous Second Son- we saw this at the PS4 intro event and again at E3 it looks amazing.
MLB The Show- the best baseball sim on the market hands down will be coming to PS4 that is almost a certainty.
That is just 6 of 30 in development that we know of or at least can be fairly certain of.
Other titles that are likely in development for PS4.
Uncharted 4 outside of Gran Turismo no Sony title sold better on the PS3 so you can expect to see more Nathan Drake soon and that is definately a good thing.
God of War 4 the series is starting to lose some of its luster but I would not be suprised to see Kratos back for at least one more adventure on PS4.
The Last Guardian it has been a while since we have heard much about this game but I still expect to see it come out and the PS4 is likely the best choice.
Gran Turismo whether it is 6 or 7 you can bet it is in production right now for the PS4 but with the franchises long development cycles this is not likely to be one of the PS4 games to launch in year one
Little Big Planet 3 between the game, map packs, and character packs this game just keeps making money for Sony expect to see more sack boy on PS4.
New Guerilla Games IP I would imagine there new game will be a shooter and I bet it will be awesome. I do not expect this new IP to be ready year one with all the work that went into Killzone Shadow Fall.
Ratchet and Clank the series has really gone down hill after the great A Crack in Time but I would not be surprised to see them back again on PS4.
I would also expect a few PSN games to be in development for PS4 as well.
I fully expect an awesome lineup of games what do you expect?
