I think it will - albeit not to the same extent. If it was part of their grand vision for entertainment they'll bring it back. Gaming is part of the system and not the core.
they sure as hell will but not as long as business is running good for them.

They could do that, but would they want to? and further alienate their fan base. But if they can patch it out, they can easily it back in. I don't think they would dare though, after all this backlash
