Legislation in Congress CURRENTLY called "We are watching you" bill.
Requires any home theater device with a camera that sends data to the server to have a message (legible from a distance) saying "We are watching you", on top of a requirement to have an upfront agreement to surveillance, AND the most important part... An identical product provided by the manufacturer that functions WITHOUT the surveillance device. Currently has full bi-partisan support...lol

GAME is a company that already filed bankruptcy just a little while back. Suddenly back. Suddenly decides they will open an Xbox only store in London. Suddenly saying Xbox orders are "very-strong".

good for Sony they need it more than MS.... on the long run I expect something like this gen to happen..... and to be honest even with a 4 to 1 at launch this won't affect my gaming experience.... so beside bragging rights and prediction competitions on VGchartz this is completely irrelevant to gamer's experience at the end....

I also think at the end of the day, all the Titles in Ironman's Sig are going to win many over. Thats some flash. Everytime I look at the sig, I'm All excited.

Also after this summers marketing, MS will have people thinking DRM is the in crowd. I'm sorry but the doritos advertising is amazing and always works.
