If anything this is evidence that there is a demand for this market. People do want these features from their tv service. If they can get it from them, they can get it from MS instead. Being that MS will add features not just to live tv you subscribe too, but also internet streaming it may be better. Smart tv are coming out with voice controls, cable companies are trying, I think MS will be the one to succeed since they have the experience with kinect for voice and gesture controls, and they are not tied to a single cable company so they can offer a standard across companies/states/ countries. Will be interesting. Good to know that there is a demand for this kind of product and that MS will have competition, so we as consumers will win out in the end.
