I'm not sure if Deyon typed that but Don't Think applies well here when using such words as Alarming. People, please let us enjoy our console like we're letting you enjoy yours. I'm sick of getting my face shoved in a negative threads right on the wall of the VGC homepage, enough is enough.
Just remember, regardless of what they put into EULA's they can't force you to give up your rights as a consumer or as a citizen.
Companies really *do* wish that EULA's were part of law, realistically, it's a contract without a signature and in allot of places isn't even valid.
As for the class action clause, it needs to be tested in court to see if it will stand up, not sure if there has been any legal precedent on it yet.

Even if pirates are ti blame for an amount of lost game sales that does not change what they are doing and what Sony is not. Also why can't i claim outrage at Microsoft's pilicy's based on my principles? I'm not a pirate and should not suffer the consequences, nor should anyone else who is not a pirate.
Sure the games people want will vary from console to console but for many people on the fence the DRM measures and higher price will push them to the PS4.
While some things are not important to you they are to me and others of different circumstances.
Especially in the nations where the Xbox One will not even work such as portugal and Poland.
