Can the victory in the upcoming Gen of gaming consoles be determined by hardware sales when MS has left behind the Offline gamer..And when I say Offline I mean people with no internet at all.....

How many in millions of Sku's is the no ISP gamer?....All of those no isp gamers will go to WiiU or PS4...
