I hadn't played any of the other Contra-games so I didn't get much of a nostalgia feel. But it was incredible hard. I haven't even finished it on easy mode.

I bought it back in December. It's a really fun and challenging game. I got sidetracked by other games before I could beat it on normal though. I think I have all but 4 of the challenges beat. Definitely a recommended buy in my book. :)
