He's a poster that first appeared on gaf in 2004, and while he'd rarely post, when he did, he'd leak huge news. Here's a list of the threads he's created over the years:

He started by leaking the voice actors in GTA: San Andreas, then he posted accurate details about 360 platform policies in January of 2005, leaked Vivendi's buyout of Radical shortly thereafter, and has continued leaking random little bits of info in his nearly illegible typing to this day. His wrod has become gospel on neogaf.

The rumor of Microsoft paying third parties to pretend PS4 versions of games don't exist was also mentioned by two other insiders on gaf last week. Apparently it's a knee jerk reaction to all the negative press they've been getting.
