Forums - Microsoft - Polygon: Xbox One policy "gross, despicable, greedy, pathetic, cowardly"

So if people are so mad about not being able to loan games why don't they just do this

Me and friend make brand new accounts with email just for those, hive the information to each other. Doing this allows both people to have access to each others games.
And by making new accounts u can still use the games on your console while ur friend is using the account you shared

Problem solved

This is very true. What Microsoft is doing is no different then any other company that makes high end products designed for first world countries. They shouldn't be attacked for going for a specific target audience. Their target audience is a). People who have plenty of money and b). People who think they have plenty of money (these are the type of people that buy nice products on credit usually).

It sucks for these "underprivileged gamers" because they essentially aren't allowed to enjoy that product (or they have to go through a lot of trouble to enjoy it) but they have plenty of other options. If we went by the logic of "If I someone else isn't able to enjoy something, then I shouldn't be able to either." then we wouldn't be able to enjoy anything technology or service based because someone else is out there that can't enjoy it.

I agree, just like the PS3 targeted gamers with second jobs.

Just what I was thinking.

Those are two quite different situations. The PS3 launched at a very high price. The One will not launch at anywhere near that price.

If you want more clarification upon my post that you guys quoted look at my other 2-3 posts in the thread.

Hardly any two situations are exactly alike. There are similarities, there are differences.  So anyone can nitpick all they want to justify their paradigm.  So stop obviously talking one side and start moderating yourself.

What are you trying to say?

On a side note, watch your quotes so you don't exceed the three quote maximum.
