Forums - Microsoft - ASDA: XBOX ONE fastest selling pre-order console.

I like the opening line in this thread because like all the other spin contained within people's random arguments for the XBone or PS4, you can do it for that too.
'Asda was bought out by Wall-Mart so it didn't just enter the market.'
'Sainsburys, Tesco and Morrison's together have a bigger market share.'
'Only poor people goto Asda, rich people goto Waitrose or Sainsburys.'
'But Sainsburys has nicer cookies.'

Hmm, pie.

Not an indicator of Xbone being more popular than PS4. Not when you consider this... http://www.gamespot.com/twitter-battle/xbox-vs-ps4/ Or this... http://ca.ign.com/videos/2013/05/31/xbox-one-vs-ps4-the-results-ign-versus

yes people clicking links online and posting messages show far more that they are willing to buy a console than those people willing to plop down some real cash on a new system.

Looks like xbox fans love to pay money for stuff which should be free, like preordering a console.

Du bist der absolute Hardcore-Deutsche.

War doch ein super Troll-Post, oder nicht? :D

i was just trolling. but it was a good trollpost, because... its true. i mean really, do they have to pay 20 bucks just for preordering? or is this kind of a prepayment?

must-have-list for platforms i don't own yet:

WiiU: Donkey Kong

XBone: Dead Rising 3, Ryse

20 dollars is part of the purchase. its like a down payment so they hold a console for you. Depending on the store you will have to pay the rest the day you pick it up, or before. Everyone would preorder if there was no cost to it. PS4 preorders are done in the same way (as were Wii U)

At least we know it will be popular in the United Kingdom.

They say "fastest pre-order" but how many is that to be exact? Also, why pre-order any product without knowing the price or launch date? That goes for anything

Xbox Series, PS5 and Switch (+ Many Retro Consoles)

Prediction: Switch 2 will outsell the PS5 by 2030

Looks like there was a spike in Xbox One sales as the system was shown and immediately went available for preorder at a few outlets. As I said "it's not an indicator".

Since showing their box and giving a price Sony has regained top spot.

Didn't the Wii U break some pre-order records too?
