Forums - Gaming - Sony vs. Microsoft vs. Nintendo, 1st. 2nd. and 3rd. Party: The Whole Story

So previously we had a thread where Jay Compared Sony's and Nintendo's first Party with MS's first party. What wasn't mentioned was 2nd and 3rd parties and split teams from each studio. So thanks to NEOGAF I got a compiled list for both and the Numbers seem more accurate. So there we go. Sony still has the Biggest First Party Powress. Here is the full post: If there is anything missing Let Me Know before trying to Flame me.

"I think the differentiator between Xbox One and PS4 will obviously be the exclusive games. And the best way to predict that is looking into their internal studios and contracted 3rd party studios. Of course there is a chance of 3rd party exclusives, but a likely situation with 3rd party exclusives are that those games will be timed anyway.

Well this is clearly a damage control thread to Jay, which was just pointing out that MS internal studios have exploded in number.

The the underline is stealth trolling. You not only have 0 basis for that claim, but are implying that they would inherently have less appeal and quality because of their format. Has Journey taught you anything regarding small game quality?

Also, take out PSP/Vita and PC studios. This is X1 vs PS4 is it not?

Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

it's weird you bring up MS's 15 games into this and talk about exclusives being the differentiators in ps4/xbone and then list every sony game.

MS only has one active console they are developing for,.. Sony has three. if you are going to bring up MS's 15 exclusives you should limit sony to just ps4 games.

Yea does seem flamboyant I deleated it. Also the 360 can go to the dumpster? seeing how you said sony has 3 ps3/4/vita vs 360/one

also, my impression is that guerrilla games has already moved on from killzone at least in part.

Its common knowledge that 360 retail devs have moved to X1. XBLA will still get attention this year and beyond.

Doesn't mean its in the dumpster, the 360 mini and price cuts should suuply plenty life in the old girl.

But don't dance around the subject. This is yet another X1 vs PS4. Don't hide that, embrace it. Make a real list.

Pretty nice list, anyway u can add Nintendo?
