I guess MS put its lawers at work to find ways of working that keep XBOne legal in Europe, but i can still imagine a shitstorm coming if the camera gets hacked and films and send people videos around the net without them knowing and agreeing.
Also: with the camera always on and MS able to access it, will MS employees be able to watch people in their homes whenever they want? This is a part I'm not sure I understood about XBOne, and if it's so I'm sure it's illegal almost everywhere in the world.
