On one side I could see them drpping price since they are long overdue and sales are down by quite a bit YOY. On the other hand cutting the price could hurt sales of there next gen systems and with them likely being sold at a loss, PS360 will be able to help offset those losses. Also if they do drop price will Wii U have to follow? If/when proce drop happend I see it being this.....

4GB 360-$149.99 w/Kinect-$199.99

250GB 360-$199.99 w/Kinect-$249.99

250GB PS3-$199.99 500GB-$249.99

8GB Wii U-$229.99 or $249.99

32GB-$279.99 or $299.99

I don't think the 360 has had an official price-cut since 2008.... This year they'll just release the $99 360. Sony will move to counter and Nintendo may have a small drop because of the neXbox/ps4.

I forgot about the rumored $99 Xbox. I could see all consoles selling well with there respective price drops.

$99 Xbox can make it the budget console of choice for 1-2 more years.

$199 PS3+Gran Turismo 6 should give it an excellent Holiday season.

Wii U with a $50-70 cut and its 1st party line up starting in Aug will give it the momentum it needs.

$199 Vita with Killzone/Tearaway/Ass Creed/COD/holiday 1st party title should help it out alot

Wii/DS could see there last decent holiday this year at $69-79

Microsoft: $129 for 4GB, $199 for 4GB with Kinect, $179 for 250GB, $249 for 250GB with Kinect. Similar pricing for PS3 and move.

I hope they price cut all 360 models AND release the 99 super slim



Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

Yeah, the prices are cut but should still be profit oriented.

The 12GB is currently similarly priced as the 4GB, so it could happen. The consoles should have a similar build cost, PS3 having a more expensive BD player and CELL and X360 having a more expensive GPU + edRAM.
