If GT6 was released on PS4 it would completely overshadow Drive Club. Clearly, Sony doesn't want that to happen. They know Gran Turismo will sell on whatever system they put it on so they are testing the waters with Drive Club on PS4.

I disagree... for me it is the best time for GT6 on PS3.

Remember that we had two GTs games per generation... PS4 have Drive Club... so GT6 for PS3 makes a lot of sense.

It is good for the sales of GT6, but makes having Driveclub completely redundant. Anyone who was going to get the PS4 for Driveclub will be playing this instead, damaging PS4 sales and probably killing off Driveclub. They have released way too close together if this really is for the PS3.

If it is for the Vita on the other hand, it is giving a strong franchise to a system that needs it. GT6 on PS3 won't sell many PS3s as everyone who wants it got one for GT5.

People are still buying PS3 to play GT5... Sony is even bundling the game to sell PS3s.

GT6 on PS3 will not kill PS4 sales because both console will live together... PS3 never killed PS2 sales too.

I didn't say it would kill PS4 sales, just damage them.

Guys, Gran Turismo 6 will be a cross gen title, mark my words. And also it is nowhere confirmed that Drive Club will release at launch.

KTM cars or bikes never appeared in Gran Turismo... so seems like a new car is coming to the next GT.
