Forums - PC - Graphics card problem

I recently bought a gtx 650 card for my computer, at first I was very pleased with the performance and I was playing World of warcraft in high settings and league of legends at around 100 fps which is great, Although a couple days ago my games started to run with a lot of lag and fps drops in the high settings, I put my settings to minimum on all of my games and there is still noticeable lag and low fps. I haven't downloaded or installed anything recently that could be effecting the games.

Here are my computer details:

Thanks

Does this happen with all games that you run, or just those two?

yes yes and all games

Hmmm...try to run some benchmarks:

Heaven + all of the 3DMARK demos in Steam. Outside of that, don't know what the issue could be. I couldn't see your specs in the OP (re-post?). Maybe a bottleneck (though if it was fine before, that's likely not the case).

Nah, no bottleneck. It used to be able to run the same games on high (this is for my friend and he doesn't know the specs).

Check your CPU usage, if it's running slow in those games, something evil is prolly eating away at your process. Porn sites would do that :P on top of other things /cough

Basically I'm asking you to check for malware and viruses if I was being confusing lol. Also the person should get GPU-Z and see if the fan is actually running on that thing lol.
