They need to put out a slew of Japanese styled games. Flood the market to get as big of a name as they can for themselves over there.

Offer a 3 year warranty on any problems.

Put only one sku out there. Premium w/ Japanese style game and 2 wireless remotes all for the price of the Wii.

Sure, losing more money there, but they are more than making up for in in NA. If that didn't have a lasting affect by end of year 2009. Cut and run.

Amongst all the developers listed so far for acquisition, namely Square Enix/Koei/Capcom/Konami/Sega/Namco Bandai which one would you recommend and why?

I believe that the bigger name developers, namely Square/Konami/Capcom/Sega would be too expensive and most of their releases (bar 2 very big ones) are available for 360 even if they are multi-platform.
