I have been playing God of War A; MP for the past month and I really wanted to know what everbody else thought of it.

i havent played much as i havent been in the mood to play games lately. but from what i played i can say its not like anything i ever seen before. hack and slash games will always look at this game in the future and consider online multiplayer, SSM showed that it can be done, and it can be done really good and be really fun. its really very innovative

I didn't care for it at first, but then it grew on me. I find I enjoy it quite a lot. In fact, I just put it down about 20 minutes ago. My buddy and I had a lot of fun with it the other day - we played for about 6 hours straight.

I actually enjoyed it from the first moment and I'm still enjoying it just as much! But from the moment I entered the training mode I knew it would be something special just as Halo CE MP was back in the day.

I have only ONE MAJOR complaint..they still can't let players join mid game..this makes games where people leave so damn unbalanced..so damn annoying sigh

other than that

Great armors
Great variety in weapons...some are a lot of fun
LOVE the maps..great variety and size..I want MORE! For 4vs4 game modes I mean

No joke I want sony to make their next Mascot brawler like this..exactly like this. Would be amazing

There's plenty of people playing each mode don't worry about that and their fixing the matchmaking soon so it's only gonna get better! And there are 4 gods and you can create a new player to match each of the gods.

You can change at will at the start of every game. The weapon unlocks etc stay the same across all gods. The powers etc for each god needs to be unlocked/upgraded seperately.

It's unlike anything I've ever played before. Extremely underrated for being so fun and original.

You know how Smash was like the first 2d platformer fighter? Well this is like the first 3D platform fighter. On top of that most levels have so much to do besides fighting that it isn't even a fighter at times. I really want to see what hardcore 2D fighter people think of it.

Hmm... so that means I'll have multiple characters alligned with different gods, meaning I'll have to level them up and get new gear seperately?

I guess my "main" god will be Ares, since he's who I picked in the beta, and I'm always melee based anyway.

I don't have the game and i'm probably not gonna get it, GoW games are to gory for my taste and i don't really like kratos.

I have played the beta though and quite enjoyed it. So if they decide to release the MP seperately (like they did with starhawk) or make it f2p like the UC3 one i'd probably give it a go (even though im not really an MP guy).
