And that still doesn't disprove what I said to Chunk. Thus, you're wasting your time. Even today, all of the PS4's specs haven't been 100% revealed. Complementing my point, SOME of the specs were revealed, but not all, and Sony NEVER said the system would have 4GB of RAM. Could it have been changed, adjusted, misunderstood, yep, but as far as I'm concerned, 8GB of GDDR5 didn't become a fact until Sony said it.

Really, I'm actually not sure why you're hard-pressing this in the first place.

Have you ever been to Antartica? Does the fact that you've never been there mean it doesn't exist? You haven't been there yourself so its just a rumor right?

Your logic is pretty ridiculous. Let me guess, you also think all info on Wikipedia is fake because some trolls might have  messed with some pages?

My "logic" is ridiculous? If something is "LOGICal", it can't be ridiculous. But again, I ask, why are you so hard-pressed on regurgitating your opinion for the umpteenth time? We got it already.

Your logic. Your way of thinking. Words have more than one use, you should have learned this in school.

You're the one that's so hard-pressed on regurgitating your opinion over and over again. We get it, you think rumors are all bullshit because THE INTERNET. You have flawed logic. Rumors/Leaks are often proven true. There's a reason why rumors get reported on website so often. Where there is smoke, there's fire.

OK bud, whatever you say.

Btw logic:

"Reasoning conducted or assessed according to strict principles of validity." If it is logical, it is valid. If it is valid, it isn't "ridiculous". More FFT for ya. ;)

Deductive reasoning, also deductive logic or logical deduction or, informally, "top-down" logic,[1] is the process of reasoning from one or more general statements (premises) to reach a logically certain conclusion.[2]

The words "logic" and "reason" can be interchangable in certain situations.

Not a philosophy person (I took one course and had my mind fucked with enough), but wouldn't assuming/extrapolating from rumors be inductive reasoning, rather than deductive?

Rumors =/= Leaks

I don't know what kind of reasoning this is, but all I know is that when a webstie like VGLeaks posts PS4 specs and they end up being true, that makes them credible. Anything else they posted shouldn't brushed off as a mere rumor since there is a much higher possbility that what they posted is true.

No, it is not a fact, but without Microsofts confirmation, which we will never get, we'll never know for sure. This is where websites like VgLeaks come in. They tell us what Microsoft isn't able to.

well the first party devs that didnt know(about the 8GB),probably didnt need to know right away, probably because their still so far away from releasing anything of substance on the ps4(1st gen games).. im sure 8gb was in the works for a while. the public got a hint of it from that article a while back where the writer wrote some devs got kits with 16gb in it,and others got 8gb(or was it 12gb) in it. it was confusing as hell and ppl wrote it off claiming the writer just isnt tech savy/has no idea what he was told and doesnt have a strong understanding of what he's writing about. but we know now that 8gb was in the works at least at that point in time. was sony just reacting to rumors of leaked durango specs not knowing if they were true of not(cause ms even till this day hasn't confirmed much of their specs)?..... who had 8 first, how could you know?... m.s/sony probably both know that neither are gonna put in hardware(especially on the gpu side) that gonna take advantage of more than 8gb in the first place unless they relase a godly expensive console.

Fine, leaks?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inductive_reasoning#Inductive_vs._deductive_reasoning

Unlike deductive arguments, inductive reasoning allows for the possibility that the conclusion is false, even if all of the premises are true.[4] Instead of being valid or invalid, inductive arguments are either strong or weak, which describes how probable it is that the conclusion is true.[5]
