Forums - Microsoft - Microsoft: We don't want to upset Xbox 360 retailers with Games on Demand

I BET that there will be NOT any kind of "require always-on Internet connection to play game"
That's stupid from marketing point of view and would kill a lot of sales.

However INTERNET, TELEPHONE or FAX activation of bundled in box code (single use of course)?
Like Windows, Office, etc?
YES.
It would cut used games business completely and not anger retailers that could still sell games in their shops/supermarkets.
