It's the first Eurovision winner for a long time that will actually be a hit. #1 in most of europe. I personally can't stand it though, the runner-up from Iceland is a much better song and that girl sounded much better live than recorded (it's also turned into a big hit too).
Still it must be nice not to get nil points for a change.

yeah, it's cool that we won, and i believe it can be a hit in europe as well. i think he deserved to win, he made a good and entertaining performance with lots of charm, and i like the fact that he wrote and composed the song himself. also frikar, the dancers, made a great job as well. i've been sick and tired of the song for a while, but now the patriot inside blocks any attempt at writing anything bad about the song XD
i was at a party so i didn't really watch the show, but the show played in the background, so i did see a couple of acts, but they were really dreadful (except for Dita's performance :P), and we celebrated as hell when the voting ended XD
