Nothing that make me want to upgrade. Maybe I'll buy later a Note 2.

Predictions for Nintendo NX and Mobile

If you really want to know what I'm getting at. The S4 doesn't have a Snapdragon S4 Pro in it. It has a 600 in it.
Money can't buy happiness. Just video games, which make me happy.

You do realize that this (supposed) S4 Pro has 1.9 GHz instead of the max clock on any other S4 Pro of 1.7 GHz, as well as DDR3 memory instead of the DDR2, right? Because those are the major differences between the S4 Pro and the 600. The only other difference (which based on how different this processor already is from the S4 Pro, we aren't really sure if this is still the case) is the increased inter-process communication in the 600. |
Yep I did see that. We will see how much DDR3 impacts performance, but its most likely to be all GPU related. CPU on these devices can't even keep up with DDR2 ram.
As far as 1.9 Ghz vs 1.7, It really won't make a big difference. Most Android apps are single core with some maybe being 2 core optimized. S600 has a faster single core per cycle operation at same clock speed so for majority of apps
Benchmarks will tell I guess but I am fairly confident HTC One will perform faster. Sony Xperia Z has the same S4 Pro and every review has stated its noticably slower than HTC One. We ned to see is the 0.2 Ghz more and DDR3 ram make up the performance gap.

If it does, that's not what was initially reported.
You've seen the pre-release antutu benchmarks, right? Cause they are just as high or higher than the HTC One

Yes, but those leaked before the phone was shown. You could be right and they both are using Snapdragon 600, in which case The Verge and Engadget need to write their articles better.
| MoHasanie said: I watched the press conference, and thought it was joke. It was pretty bad, and they hardly told us much about its specs and features. Also, this phone is just a bigger version of the S3. They should have made a brand new design. Also, the features aren't that special in this phone, and will probably be outdone by some other phone makers in a few months. |
I was expecting a new design too. I think it's funny how Samsung is trying to be Apple now with the way they present the Galaxy S4.
Why do people need a phone that big? 5 inches really? At some point they have to stop increasing the screen size, because people have to be able to fit it in their pockets. I'll stick with the iPhone thanks, I don't need that piece of junk. iPhone is the perfect size, it fits just right in my hands and it is lightweight.
I guess I'm the only one who likes the S4.
NINTENDO
nintendo forever . . .

Regardless though... Here is an article which kind of explains what I am on about with my posts here.
