Good, soon the prices will drop for the s3 and other smart phones. I refuse to pay more than $29 a month.

If only it worked that way.

I'm not impressed at all. Looks like Samsung is going the apple route of providing incremental updates while keeping the design and feel the same. What we have here is a Galaxy S3s.

1mm Thinner, 1 gram lighter, more megapixulz...innowayshun!

Snapdragon 4 pro and not 600/800, same cheap and plasticky design as last year...i guess they figure they made it and they can ride their success to the bank.

Someone's not a fan lol.

I really couldnt care any less to be honest. We gave an S3 at work and im sure they will bring this one as well. We have to make sure our Android app works on the latest samsung after all.

What bugs me is that HTC One is just so much better in every way. Better design, better specs, better software, better camera. But my work will not order that phone...Doubt the guys at work even know it exists and even if they do, they figure no one will buy it.

I have actually been waiting for this to be announced, so I might get it when it comes out or maybe the note 2.

They are pretty much doing the same thing as Apple...

What the hell does a phone need 8 cores, to open apps faster? yeah this is overkill....

Nintendo and PC gamer

For right now, my Galaxy S2 is good enough for me.

Generation 8 Predictions so far.....(as of 9/2013)

Console that will sell most: Nintendo Wii U

Who will sell more consoles between Microsoft/SONY: SONY

eh it's just a phone I don't really care.

As long as I can use GPS, have access to websites and make phonecalls I really don't care what phone I have.

I was really hoping they'd ditch that plasticky finish...it just looks and feels cheap compared to the build quality of their rivals.

Surely it does? If something becomes obselete people will want the new thing, you know, supply and demand? I know it does for most other things.

I'd say my biggest gripe along with quite a few other people in this thread is the plastic casing, I like that they've squared out the design a little though :)

The price of the phone goes down but the monthly bill doesn't. A $10 smartphone is still $29 a month with most data plans.
