Forums - Sony - GameStop: "PS4 Connectivity Features Will Boost Vita Sales"

How do you see this playing out?

Big impact on sales 26 15.66%

Moderate impact on sales 67 40.36%

Not a notable impact 54 32.53%

It will drive the Wii U sales 13 7.83%

Let me get my crystal ball 4 2.41%

Total:164

It could help, but I think the main things are price cut and games. But if all PS4 games will have Vita interactivity as Yoshida mentioned then that would be a huge incentive.

Playstation = The Beast from the East

Sony + Nintendo = WIN! PS3 + PSV + PS4 + Wii U + 3DS

Around the Network

It kinda depends on the future success of Wii U. If it finally picks up sales and encourages 3rd parties to use the GamePad in some innovative and fun ways, they will transfer that to PS4+V Cross Controls and turn this combo into the ultimate experience (best graphics and best controls)

This idea isn't a sure winner, but it is interesting and has some potential. Suddenly Sony with PS4+V is the biggest ally Nintendo has to help save Wii U ;) It would be a shocker if this turned out to become a standard and PS4+V and Wii U became the PS360 combo of the next gen due to the controls ;)
Still, I doubt this ever happens, but it would be great if all 1st party Nintendo and Sony games supported it big time and it became important.

Wii U is a GCN 2 - I called it months before the release!

My Vita to-buy list: The Walking Dead, Persona 4 Golden, Need for Speed: Most Wanted, TearAway, Ys: Memories of Celceta, Muramasa: The Demon Blade, History: Legends of War, FIFA 13, Final Fantasy HD X, X-2, Worms Revolution Extreme, The Amazing Spiderman, Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate - too many no-gaemz :/

My consoles: PS2 Slim, PS3 Slim 320 GB, PSV 32 GB, Wii, DSi.
