More like they're lining up for the Vita since the price cut goes into effect today in Japan (Feb 28). Looks like a lot were holding out for the price drop. Now here's hoping that a permanent boost is seen.

cant understand lining up you cant get it sent to your house from multiple retailers or just show up to any shop in the morning or afternoon. boogles my mind

well, according to that japanese aritcle thingy, there was no line but there was a bunch of people gathering.

I'm guessing, they each went, "hey, Vita gets a price cut today, might as well get one....WTF? what are all you people doing here?"

he was saying this weeks sales (as already reported yesterday) was 11k..

40-60k is all the higher i can imagine.  anything over 600% increase is quite unrealistic, imo.

Really? Japanese version? How much is it on the Japnese PSN? what's the file size?  I'm thinking of getting a 4gig mem card and some HK PSN cards coz I dont want to wait forever backing up and restoring my 30sih GB of stuff on my current US account.

Those lineups are usually paid people to show fake interest/bigger interest than there actually is.

Of course its no 100% of the people being paid etc but just google for yourself.
