It does look like SOTC. But, i'm not sure. If it is 5 points to pezus

 

Looking at it more I don't think it is. I'm stumped.

Not SOTC because I'm playing it now and the guy didn't show off the legs.

Can it be the ICO intro when the kid is in the horse?

Ethomaz wins this race and got a new record, guessing the game and the cutscene. Other guys almost on spot, the horse is really similar to the one in SOTC.

Primal ... PS2 ... British game ... came out around early 2000s. Weed and I own ever game ever made by Sony so I should know.

PS2 action adventure game  making 10 years this week , with some puzzles, the female character is very similar to Lara Croft. Did not sell good enough, Sony did not make a sequel.
