It is but I believe the IP is still owned by Sony.  I think they had a 3 game deal with ThatGameCompany if I'm not mistaken. I could be wrong though

I dont know about you, but people are already dismissing my thread as pointless just coz it places the PS3 in a positive light and ahead of the x360 with respect to total average score, percent make up of green rated games, and percent make up of games with scores 85 and above.

I thought his thread was talking about games that were made by Sony's 1st party devs o.O

Gears and Alan Wake is not owned by Microsoft.  They just published the games and made deals.  If Epic or Remedy wanted they could put those games on a Sony console.  Microsfot just makes a deal with them and secures the game being on there console.  They likely have to pay a lot of money for each title to be exclusive in Gears case.  Gears is too successful and I doubt EPIC will sell the IP to microsoft.  Instead they will just make a ton of money on each deal that they mae with them

I know.  It's gonna be amazing.  And Uncharted 4 and Gran Turismo will look unbelievably good too.

the thought of Uncharted 4 makes me die!
