they arent first party games. they are published by sony. the order is one of them because its published by sony. any indie tittle that will be published by sony counts.

lol seriously? i knew MS would have a strong lineup, but now way could they have beaten sony. yeah they opened studios like black tusk and others, but these dont really have any history. sony has a lot of well proven and strong devs like sony santa monica, naughty dog, guerrilla games, sucker punch, polyphony digital, and media molecule. they are also working with third party devs like ready at dawn and quantic dream. all these have been in the industry for a while, some for a VERY long time. they are well established and have tons of experience. so while black tusk, 343 and other devs are making some really good looking games, i dont think they have what it takes to overtake sony's first party devs

it will be like last gen. money hat a lot of devs to make franchises that will eventually go multiplatform. capcom (dead rising), crytek (ryse), and respawn (titanfall) well all eventually go multipat this gen. they probably will release the first game as an exclusive then the rest of the franchise as multipalt. exactly like what happened with mass effect. xbox one will have a good and healthy number of exlusives at first. but things will get stale after time. they will only support the games that sold millions like gears of war, and milk them to death like they did this gen. 5 halo games. 4 gears games and 4 forza games this gen. what ever sells like gangbusters they will milk to death and what ever doesnt they will ignore (crack down, banzoo kazooi)

That's not what it sounds like to me.  

Yoshida specifically stated that in Sony's worldwide studios, first party, they have 30 games in development.  Now some may be smaller PSN titles that some studios also might be working in, but indies do not count.

Sony europe CEO Jim Ryan confirmed this as well:

"I’m sure you heard from [SCE Worldwide Studios boss] Shu [Yoshida] that he has—just his studios—he has 30 games in development,” he said. “Twenty of them are going to ship within the first year of the console’s life, and of those, 12 are new IP. So there’s a lot going on, it’s just that we need to keep stuff back. We’ve got Gamescom for us Europeans—we need to have something to show at Gamescom, don’t we?” - Sony Europe CEO Jim Ryan

LOL!  I know that one is fishy because of the Havok physics and what not.  Would be copyright infringement probably if they made a game with the same name.
