New Infamous Second Son dev diary.   Actually shows the polygons on Delsin's face and hat.  Need side by side comparisons of ps3 characters to see if there is a jump.  I'm sure they could end up uping the count if they can.

Really shitty business from MS if true.  Sony could easily find a way around it.  The bad MS just don't stop coming.  E3 shall be interesting.
