Yeah, that too. I easily think they can undercut MS by having an SKU that just has the console, controller, and headset for $400 or $350-$375 if we are being really really optimistic. And then have an SKU with console, controller, headset, and camera for $500. And who knows maybe they will have a third option at $450. Consumers love to have options on what they want to buy. I know I do at least.

i think sony will have a few sku's but the really important bit is, is the HDD removable, is it a standard 2.5" HDD or is it a 2.5" SSD, although i heard rumours stating the ps4 would have a 256gb SSD that could also be a 256GB HDD but either way im just hoping they keep the idea of the HDD being removable/upgradeable, from what i heard the HDD in the xbox one is non removable so when its full you have to start deleting game installs etc.

a good way for sony to undercut the xbox one would be to have a core sku "console controller and a 120gb SSD" it would probably only cost $299 then upgrade the SSD to a 256gb for $349 then the final SKU with a 256gb SSD and the new pseye for $399, because the xbox one comes with kinect 2.0 and a non removable HDD microsoft cannot be as flexable as they were with the 360 plus as games have to be installed they cannot release a system without a HDD.
