Yep it went gold.  I believe it went gold a week ago.  I ordered mine from Gamestop and I know they won't break release date, so I'm stuck waiting all the way to the 14th.

fucking finally! ill have to start checking then! when GoW came out i had to wait two days to find it, and i found it by luck. nobody even had the game to be able to even break the release date. i acted like a moron when i finally did find it. 

tomorrow my search begins!

I know retailers get the copies in a week or so before release, it's just finding one that would break release.

BananaKing: just looked it up and TLOU went gold on May 15th so it's been 2 weeks!!!

Oh really!!!  Be prepared for a world of hurt.  I have a gift that let's me learn anything by just watching it and then I can copy it exactly!!  If you will excuse me I have some Mixed Martial Arts and Kung Fu videos to watch!! :-p
