Wondering that too. Might be implemented with PSNow.

Honestly, I don't see it happen anytime soon. So it's good that it's already the most overlooked and forgotten feature of the PS4.

That was always suppose to be available with PS Now.  I would imagine people in the US or with US accounts(not sure?) will have the ability to do it in the summer when they start rolling out PSNow.   Actually I don't remember if it was summer or fall.  But it will be soonish I hope!
