Anyone think about putting some of those shots on an SD card and taking it down to walmart to have photos made from them?

Find the actual trademark and I'll bet you'll find where it says it's for a disc-based game. When Blizzard trademarks something for their games that will be disc-based they always specify that. This was not specified but the fact it's downloadable over a network or wireless device is. If they were going to specify that but not that it's on a disc then I have serious doubts they intend for it to be that way. Considering that it mentions wireless devices, which is likely referring to the Vita, I'm pretty sure this is not one of Sony's first-party studios making it.

Nope, that's where I got the quote from.  9 parts, 11 pages.  The word "disc" doesn't appear in any of them.

Well I'll be damned. Seems like quite an omission.

even though both of these games are still most likely indie, we will all get hyped for them being AAA and we will all be disapointed when they arent

im convinced sony needs to put this photo mode in all its first party games

Imagine if Killzone and The Order had it....

exactly!   The average consumer can make their own bullshots.   its great added advertising.  people will see glorious shots and know that it wat it looks like because the average joe can make them.   great way to show off better graphics lol

The Driveclub UI shots shown earlier this year hinted at a photo mode! :D

Haha I'll tell you what though. I was hyped for Helldivers because I thought it was Guerrilla's new IP as did others (funny that's happening again, huh?) and then when it was shown as an Indie I was kinda shocked, dismissed it, and then when more information came out I really started liking what I found.

Nice i just went from 33GB worth of Captures to 131MB.

Yeah, pretty much.

I don't think about it since there is no Walmart in Iceland. What would you print them for though? It's better to just keep them in your PC for everyone on the interwebs to see

You could make your own art book, or print them for art for you game room. Plus the quaity of the print would be much better than you could do with a home printer.
