SCEE's Senior manager Shahid Kamal Ahmad: "Oh and there is an AMAZING big title coming to Vita. I can’t tell you anything about it, except that you are gonna be hooked for hours."

Could this mean Gran Turismo Vita?

Here is a supposed PS4 Marketing Leak for the slogan "greatness awaits".  It may be actually for Destiny instead of the PS4 itself, if the end of the article is to be believed.

The PlayStation 4 may be marketed with the slogan "Greatness Awaits", according to a leaked commercial script.

Siliconera reports that the script was obtained from a company working on the campaign, and denotes that a planned commercial will start off showing an empty road in a small town. It'll follow a lone man walking down the road towards the camera, slowly being joined by others as the following words are said:

“Who are you not to be great? You, with the imagination of a brilliant child and the powers of an ancient god.

“Who are you to be ordinary? You, who could get away with murder, or raise the dead...

“Who are you to be anonymous? You, whose name should be spoken in reverent tones or in terrified whispers.

“Who are you to be afraid? You, who can serve as judge and jury while hoarding infinite lives.

“Who are you to be a slave to the past? You who can travel time like the oceans and rewrite history with a single word.

“Who are you to deny greatness? If you would deny it to yourself, you deny it to the entire world.”

Following this the “Greatness awaits. PlayStation.” slogan will supposedly appear.

Is it real? We've reached out to Sony for comment, but it seems unlikely the company will confirm or deny anything. Interestingly, towards the end of the trailer a flag bearing the Destiny symbol is meant to be unfurled from a window; perhaps the commercial is linked into the game more than the console?

Yea I was wondering about that. I didn't want to get my hopes up so I didn't dwell on it for long. They have a way of hyping me up and then disappointing me. Whatever it is, I hope it will 'hook' me as they mentioned in the article I read earlier. These days my Vita gets 80% of my gaming time, so another reason to keep playing it is more than welcome.

Playstation = The Beast from the East

Sony + Nintendo = WIN! PS3 + PSV + PS4 + Wii U + 3DS

^ If you watch anime (Naruto)... that dance is not unlike Itachi's Mangekyō Sharingan. I'm in trance state now lulz. Damn genjutsu!

Yeah, the game usually never lives up to what they say.  But, if it is GT then it will probably be a big vita seller and be worth the hype.

Expected, so it's not really 'news'. Nevertheless, it is encouraging to read.

PS4 Assassin's Creed IV will 'look so much better' than current-gen versions

Ubisoft has said that the PlayStation 4 version of Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag will ‘look so much better’ than its current-generation counterpart.

Associate producer Sylvain Trottier told the EU PlayStation Blog that the PS4’s added technical prowess allows the studio to push the visuals of Black Flag beyond the threshold of current machines.

"The first thing which is going to change drastically is the graphics because we think that visually - with the stronger GPU, stronger CPU, a lot of RAM - we are going to be able to exploit this console and push the bar visually," he said.

"It's a lot more intuitive for engineers, it has a lot more compute shaders that we add and put them on the PS4 . And all these new techs that we are pushing are natively fitting in the PS4.

"All the little details that you cannot right now put on the current generation consoles because the console is running at 100 per cent right now, so you cannot add all these little details that are going to make the game even more beautiful, more immersive."

In a nutshell, the stabby sequel will “look so much better on PS4,” said Trottier.

Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag is scheduled to ship on PS3, Xbox 360, PC, and Wii U in late October in the U.S. and early November in Europe. The PS4 version will arrive alongside the system’s launch this holiday season.

Sega Intends to Make Their “Game Software” PS4/Next-Gen Compatible, Planning 7 PS3 and 5 PS Vita Games This Fiscal Year

I was a little shocked Aliens CM crossed 1M. :O The power of brands I guess.

I think so too.  A lot of people on IGN think it sounds stupid.  Will be interesting to see if it really is PS4's slogan or it's for Destiny.
