i dont think they held back stock, i think a lot of the stock available was shipped to Japan, the console sold 400k their in 2 weeks. now that the launch is over and sales will drop their i guess they return to shipping more stock to USA and UK. god knows they need to ship more to the UK, XB1 has outsold it their for the past 2 weeks and will do so again for this week.
