It is pretty big—bigger than Ghosts which is 33GB in comparison. It took me about an hour to download when it became available.

It downloaded updates and stuff when I first loaded it. Can't have been 27GB of updates :OO.

I'm checking my bandwidth use and it indeed does not see such a massive use of the internet in one day. Maybe PS4 can decompress files or something?

I don't know about stuff like that XD. Might just be that showing 38GB is a bug.
