Overkill/Starbreeze was just added to Sonys list of developers in Europe that are working on PS4 games.

Coincidentally, Overkills official website was recently updated saying they've secured a longterm deal for DLC and Add-ons for PayDay 2. 

Now considering MS wasnt even in contact with the Braid developers(which is why The Witness will be timed-exclusive on PS4), I highly doubt they would be in contact with devs who never even made a game for XBL (PayDay was console-exclusive to PSN). It's a safe bet that PayDay 2 will be on PS4, possibly as a PSN game, sometime in 2013. 

Dont expect amazing graphics... but its a really fun co-op game I'm looking forward to.

I love Payday! Heat is one of my favorite movies. I hope they make a sequel it will improve a lot thanks to the PS4 social features.
