I must admit this is one of the more entertaining threads ive read lately.

I dont actually know of any major 3rd party games that has been announced exclusively for the WiiU at any point in time that would couse uproar at E3 in any way, shape or form if no longer exclusive.

well we have jsut established it hasn't been annouced. SO why would we care if we don't know about it being on Wii U in the first place.

We should care because Nintendo is fucking up 3rd party support. Nintendo told the publisher "We don't want these games any more"

Again what proof you got? how do we know these games were not shit? where are these supposed games going now that Nintendo doesn't want them?

"We will see and old friend return to playstation" - That's obviously Naughty Dog making Crash again.

"we will get a remake that will blow people away" - OMG FFVII remake confirmed!!!!111!

"we will see a former exclusive xbox title cause meltdowns" - Gears of War jumps ship to PS4.

So when all this happens, we'll agree you were correct.

So, Gears of War on PS4 then? ;)

DanneSandin, let's say for arguments sake that I'm not going to rule out that you do indeed know something and have insider information. I'm not saying you do, but I'm willing to be neutral on this. What do you mean by 'megaton'? You don't have to name names or break any NDAs, all you have to do is be a little more specific. Do you mean an exclusive that was once multiplat? Do you mean a game that will blow us away? Surely you can flesh it out without giving anything specific away.

The PS5 Exists.

wow you so smart and insightful.

But I'm right. e3. megatons. will prove that I know things you don't.

I disagree. I don't think there will be any megatons at e3.

are you serious now? because I will bet there will be.

Yes. Specify the details of the bet and I will agree to it.

Ooooh! Now I see. So it was a game that Nintendo was going to announce as a big time exclusive for WiiU at their E3 presentation, then they pissed off the developer making it by refusing them that extra 230MB of RAM, so now its going to be presented at Sony's E3 pressbriefing as a PS4 exclusive, and that is going to be THE MEGATON!

It all makes perfect sense now:D

I was thinking of Spyro more than crash, but those other two were my guesses aswell. I can't think of many Xbox exclusives that aren't first party other than Alan Wake, but that's not big enough to cause meltdowns and is on PC as well. FF VII is the natural choice for a remake.

But then I still wonder DanneSandin why you're claiming Nintendo are just cancelling third party games. Why would they have any reason to do so? You understand how this is very difficult to believe. The dev kit thing is not so unreasonable, but cancelling games that would otherwise benefit them seems very far-fetched.

EDIT: Having good sources on Sony's E3 conference also doesn't guarantee you have good sources on Nintendo's arrangements with third parties, but I don't think you'd have a reason to lie about the second based on your posting history that I remember.

Spyro is Activision's now though. They'd probably port it to a toaster if they could.

EDIT: Yes I realise Crash is also with Activision, but there's been no sign of a Crash revival at the hands of Activision, whereas Spyro has given them great success and would be less likely.

Crash is Activision's also.

EDIT: I see your edit now, lol. I was thinking Spyro for that exact reason, he's not completely dead, unlike Crash. He's 'successful' in that he's in Skylanders, but he's now nothing more than one of many characters in that series. So they may be interested in a revival to both sell some Spyro games, and promote Skylanders at the same time.

Danne are you trolling us? If Nintendo said devs will have access to 1gb for games why should they get less?
